Our standard fee of $250 (plus GST) covers the majority of homes* in the towns we service. Larger executive homes, multi family homes, homes with ravine or lake influences, and rural properties are by quote due to the additional time required for viewing, travel, and analysis.
* "Homes" is defined as a House, Half-Duplex, Townhouse, or Apartment.
